need quite heatsink fan for 3.2g machine

built a machine and with the intel 3.2 processor came the intel heatsink and fan. am not happy with this heatsink and fan it is noisy - a wirling sound. have looked at a lot of replacements but would like to get some personal recommendations for people as to a quite one. socket 478. my 2 case fans make less noise than this heatsink/fan.

I personally just replace the noisy little fans with something larger, like 80mm units. They tend to move twice as much air with more than half the noise.
