right click send to mail reciprient

my wife has windows 98 SE, IE 6.0 and OE 6.0
She saves all her graphics in My Documents....If she right clicks on a jpeg or any thing in My Documents and selects Send To.....Mail Recipient....nothing happens.....i have repaired IE and reinstalled OE to no avail........any clue as to the problem

 

Open Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options, click the Programs tab and make sure Outlook Express is selected for e-mail. Now click Apply and then Ok.HTH

of the 3 methods suggested,,,,i used the first 2........ and it still doesn't work.....i don't understand how to do the third one...........thanks

 

update on problem

I changed her email from outlook express to thunderbird and now the right click send to mail recipient works ok..........dont understand it
