For some reason my "visited links" do not change from blue to purple in Firefox 1.0PR. Any idea why? I didn't change the default settings at all. Thanks.

    Hi rck1,

That's strange, but you might consider upgrading to 1.0 RC 2, as I'm having no problem with visited links. Is it on every web page, or only specific pages?

Look in about:config, and in the filter field, type "browser.visited_color" without the quotes. Is the color code #551A88?

    To get into about:config:
    Clear the Location Bar
In the blank field, type: about:config

    Hi Ramona

I did as you requested and still no color change on the visited links. I also upgraded to the released version today and still the same. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Ramona

I figured it out. I had the History set to 0 so the links were never "visited ". Grrrrrrrrrr.
