Since I got great help here yesterday, I thought I would ask another simple question. Quick background--hard drive killed over and new one installed, so I am starting over basically. I know this is an easy answer, but most of the time I just forget how to do the easier things. Problem--how or where do I go to get the auto-complete to be enabled? I believe that is what it is called, but if not, it is when you are typing and a "list" will pop up below that shows similiar entries and you can click on one and not have to manually type everything out everytime. Thanks in advance. ;)

Hi Meg, On your IE Browser toolbar, click Tools > Internet Options > Content Tab > Auto Complete Button, and set to your liking.

Thanks. I looked at that, it seems it is set to work (1st and 3rd box are checked), but still no auto complete--and believe me I have been reusing the same entries lately to reinstall, etc. I do remember when I first "started up" again, I said no to it when prompted, but now realize I liked it and miss it. Any other options? Thanks again....oh and sorry if this the wrong area to ask this in, I am new and not too familiar with where I "should of" posted at.

Try checking ALL three boxes as well. FYI, I run with only the first two boxes checked. I think security is less with the third sbox checked.
