Using W2Kpro Outlook Exp Ver 6 with 128 bit encryption. I'd like to archive my email on a regular basis with my other data files to a separate physical backup drive.

What is the best way to accomplish this (other than a physical copy/paste before logging off? Alternately can I have OE direct the files to my data drive as their primary destination, or am I stuck with C?

Thanks in advance for any help.

To move your mail boxes, create a folder, say D:\My Mail Boxes.

Open OE, Tools, Options, Maintenance Tab and click Store Folder. Browse to D:\.......... then click Change and OK.

Close and reopen OE for it to take effect.
