    Have you searched the archives for past posts on this topic? Many opinions and recommendations are or should be in there. You have found yourself asking a question that has been seen and discussed frequently on this board. I just thought I'd point this out as you may be waiting around a bit for an answer and I didn't want you to feel as if you were being ignored.

    Got a google Toolbar? Highlight and copy (in yourpost) the words "registry cleaner" and paste this in the google toolbar. Click on the button "search site ". See what comes up. Stick with posts involving XP. This doesn't catch all the archives but most often will still have the answer you seek.
