pre-dial terminal

    Since I load XP I seem to be beset by numerous niggling problems, most of which have been resolved thx to Windows BBS, the latest is a small window which opens when I dial up labelled "Pre-dial terminal3.
    OK I can just click continue but any ideas how I can disable it. If at all possible.

    1. Double-click My Computer.

    2. Double-click the Dial-Up Networking folder.

    3. Right-click the connection you want, and then click Properties.

    4. On the General tab, click Configure.

    5. Click the Options tab.

    6. Click to clear the "Bring up terminal window before dialing" check box.

    OK your way out of there.

    What can I say

    Thanks a lot, so obvious but I missed it.
    Once again I am indebted to the experts at Windows BBS- Everyday I log on now to read the problems and answers to try and build up my knowledge.
    This site is pure gold.
