Security Alert at boot?

    I get this Security alert at boot. I do not know what this program does nor can I find it installed. Do you know what it is? Should I unblock it or not? I have attached the alert in a jpg file.

    FYI. Backweb is also used by H.P. as part of their Support during warranty. I dumped it shortly after the warranty expired.

    It's been so long but I know that I did it manually and then used RegCleaner to clean up the Reg.

    Now however, there are better ways. Take a look here.

    No doubt a google search for Backweb will find others.
