Connecting xp to cellular phone

    Has anyone connected a laptop running xp with a cellular phone to dial out? What phone was used and card for the pc?

    I use my laptop with my verizon service and it's a Kyocera 2035a cell phone. Connects at 19.2 although it really is cdma 14.4 according to verizon. Must be on ditigal tower and just costs minutes. Works really good.

    Oh, I forgot, it just uses USB cable and software purchased from kyocera where it was cheaper than getting it from verizon.
