Problem updating

    I have just install windows xp proffesional with sp2 on my pentium III 866 mhz computer. I find that I am not able review any update of the files. All I get is this messages " Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page. Try refreshing the page, clearing your Internet Explorer Temporary Internet Files, closing and restarting Internet Explorer, or trying Windows Update again later. "
    What is the problem here and by the way I have done what is reccomended.

    You seem to have two similar problems and the first thing that comes to mind is if You are logged in on an account with administrator privileges.

    Sorry but no second thing came to mind ...... :( ......

    What to do

    What should I do now. By the way I do not share pc with other user and so I have only a user profile.
