IBM Flat Monitor installation diskette for T540

I just purchased a used IBM T540 15.0-inch TFT LCD Color Flat Panel Monitor (9511-AG4) and am trying to obtain a installation diskette which contains the drivers for the monitor and set up diagnostic for the monitor colors and such. After 8-10 calls to IMB and emails and transfers to different dept. I still have nothing and no one that I talk to understands what I am asking about and I can not understand them when they speak. Has anyone know where I can obtain a diskette? I downloaded the user manual from IBM site but can not find a diskette to download. Any help would be appreciated. Running Win 98SE

In case that link does not work, you need to go to Support & Downloads -> Downloads and Drivers, then enter

into the product code box.

There are no installation instructions, so here are mine:
Download the three files into one folder.
Right-click on the .inf file and select install.
Go to Control Panel -> Display -> Settings (tab) -> Advanced (button) -> Monitor (tab) -> Change...(button)
The IBM 9511-AG4 should now be listed for selection.
Under the Color Management (tab), click Add..., there should be a color profile available for the 9511-AG4.

Post back if you find any problems, you may have to copy the files to their system folders.

Thanks for the reply, I copied the files and installed the .inf file and put the .cat file in the C:\WINDOWS\CatRoot\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE} and the
.icm file in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\COLOR--But still need the diskettes to set up the monitor for DOS and auto adjust the colors. But now the monitor is showing up in the settings.
