We installed SP2 on Wed Oct 13th. Thurs we tried to log into our online bank account and all our cookies are goofed up. We can't get into anything anymore that takes passwords. Our bank, www.firstmerit.com, sends us back to the log in screen after we log in. Ebay tells us our computer isn't allowing cookies. I have gone and checked my security settings and they are at Medium and set to accept first and third party cookies.
Also, our MS Works will not open. I get an error message to reinstall because it cannot access one or more files. MS Word tells me my document cannot be registered and that it's not possible to create links from this doc to another doc.

Can I uninstall this SP2? Is is causing the problems?

    Thanks,
    Jodie

    Problem Fixed!!

Ok, I ended up doing a Start> Help and Support > under search I put in System Restore> Run System Restore Wizzard, followed prompts and restored all setting back a week. This got rid of my SP2 and put me back to SP1. It fixed all my problems with cookies, MS Works, MS Word and now no more error messages!!!

I am not sure if this will help anyone else, but it sure helped me!
    Jodie :D
