Unable to login into windows

I've a problem with my windows now..

I've tried to login using both my acct and the default Administrator acct and after entering the passwords, i'll see something like "Signing in.. "
but after awhile it will say "Saving your setting" and juz logout..

In other words, i cannot even enter the desktop. It simply log me out without any warning. I've tried this in safe mode also but it doesn't work either.

Can someone advise me on this matter?
