spellchecker

I am using Mozilla 1.7.3 and am wondering if there is a way to add additional dictionarys to the spell checker in the composer and email.

There are non-English language packs you can add, if that's what you're looking for. Take a look at this page for more information:

Thanks for the reply--I was really looking for another english dictionary with different options or phrases.

I don't believe that is possible in Mozilla. The Mozilla FAQ even state that a third party spellcheck is not necessary.

However, you can add words to your personal dictionary, but as for phrases, I don't think that is possible either.
