    Belarc gives me:
    Internet Explorer
    SP1 (SP1)
    Q313829
    Q834707
    Q867801
The same as help/about in Internet Explorer.
I tried downloading OE6.0sp1-KB837009-x86-ENU.exe from Microsoft, doing a manual install I receive the errror message that SP1 is not installed.

    Hi rcerrato,

If this is a 9X system, then you can give "repair" of IE a shot.

If this is XP, short of knowing what specifically "broke ", AFAIK two choices, either install SP2 which will give you an updated IE, or an XP "repair ".

Hopefully someone either knows or ran into this and knows what went wrong, so hold on for a while.

In the meantime, the more info the better. What OS and anything else you can think of.

    Regards - Charles

    Hi rcerrato,

I just re-read you're posts and realized I misread OE and "saw" IE - sorry about; I don't use OE.

Anyway, this will serve to bump this thread.

    Regards - Charles

Hopoefully Micri$oft will know something. I've done a reinstall of IE6, sp1 and all the critical updates, results are still the same.
