I have Microsoft Outlook. I opened Outlook and it said it couldn't find it and that I had to create a new Outlook.

So I did, but all of my old e-mails are gone. Where can I find them?

    Outlook configuration

    hey there,

I use Outlook and your email file should be in the Windows directory - Application Data folder/ Outlook. Outlook stores your email information in a *.pst file. Once you re-install it, you can use the File/Import (drop down menu) to retrieve the file and restore your old email.
