Netscape/Firefox hate me

Genstoy, you are teh r0x0rs, but the help/about mozilla is only showing up as 9.3, so how do I get the 1.0 pr?

Did you give yourself Administrative Privileges before you tried to install Firefox, and did you receive the Error 5 again?

I got westside and genestoy all wacked up there. Switch the two names.

Okay, yes, as I am the only profile on my computer (and I double check that I have administrator priviliges)

And yes, I still get error 5 when I try to download the browser.xpi

 

Don't kill your laptop, but you may have a problem independent of any gecko problem. I got in a search I hope that it is something else, but I feel that Ramona gave you all other tips. Sorry, I know how to replace a disk drive, but I can't diagnose.

Nifty. Well not so much, but neat trick anyway.

I dont know how to fix it. And if I was lost here with most of this stuff, I am really missing the point of the other stuff.

Can you translate it, or tell me where the post is solved?
