Purchased a DX3500 digital camera without docking port. Downloaded pics directly from camera with the USB cable. No problems there. Then I purchased the docking port, now I cannot use the Kodak Photo System software no matter what! Pictures still download but when I open the KPS, the screen comes up and is blank and then a popup flashes 'Director Player Error- List expected for handler. # count' The KPS screen will then remain blank until I close it. Any ideas? Thanks . Jack

Have you tried uninstalling the software then re-installing with the docking port, etc. hooked up? I have the same setup with the DX3700 camera and the docking port and it works just fine except for a quirk that when I leave the USB cable plugged into the docking port my computer will dialup, veryify password, connect, but will not login to the ISP server. Unplug the USB cable at the docking port and all works OK. Weird huh?
