A few of my forum members recently installed Netscape 7.2 and ever since have been unable to view some of the images on the forums pages! Everything appears perfectly with all other browsers.... http://www.thegardenhelper.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/9/71.html

I would appreciate any tips to pass on to the 7.2 users or that I can use to correct the web pages to eliminate these problems. Thank you!

What do you mean by "all other browsers ". If you mean Internet Explorer, and browsers derived from it, this is common when Microsoft software is used to create the pages, and, at the same time no effort was made to verify that they would work with Netscape, which has stricter standards.
It is very odd to see that the vast majority of the pages are fines, though.

I was referring to IE as well as all previous versions of Netscape. ( I always test my pages with both Netscape (I use 7.0) and IE.
The forum is a UBB and it generates most of the page, but I use Coffee Cup for my html and the images were created with a (very old) Hot Banners.
These ".gif" errors have only occured to out Netscape 7.2 users.

    liphor,

If it is only on certain websites, then it could very well be the site and not Netscape 7.2. How about giving us some links so we too, can check out these websites.

    Thanks!

An example of missing images in websites is www.army.mil. I have inform the web master of the site about this but they told me there is nothing wrong with the web site. I am using windows XP.

    liphor,

The page works perfectly here in Netscape 7.2. It does require Macromedia Flash, however. After reading your other post I believe your problem is having installed 7.2 over 7.1. See: http://www.windowsbbs.com/showthread.php?t=36112
