Would downloading this software be legal...

    What's the deal with this. I'd think that if it was illegal, Ebay would have shut him down, and if it was a bogus offer, he'd have plenty of negative feedback. But, doesn't seem either has happened. :confused:

    Hi Breakout...

    I looks to me like the seller is selling an EBook not the actual software. I could be wrong but that's what I gather by going to this page...

    Yeah, I knew it was an ebook, but the ebook tells you how to get the software. But, I don't believe you can get software like Adobe Photoshop (a $500 program) for free.

    But, what has me puzzled is Ebay hasn't stopped his auctions, and the people who have bought the ebook, say it works great. Hmmmm...

    You'll note that the software is not actually for sale through eBay - what you're buying is an e-book plus a link from which you can supposedly download the software (which, if it's actually available for download, is almost certainly pirated).

    Yeah, that's what I figure, too. But, you'd think there were enough honest people that someone would have left a negative by now. Oh well...
