Looking 4 EZBIL32.ZIP

I'm try to find a copy of this program "EZBIL32.ZIP" it is a DOS program..

I have used all the search engines and have gone through a lot of DOS Programs sites and I have sent a email the included link . No luck in finding a download wondered if any one could help ?

I had gone to that site earlier [ I of 2 sites listed on a google search ] and tried to down load "EZBIL32.ZIP" more than once {4-5} times , but no luck , but because you listed the link I tried it again and was able to download "EZBIL32.ZIP" this time ( site may have not been working when I tried)..
