I've bought a new case and it has a Digital Thermometer Monitor included on the front of the case for the HDD and CPU.I didn't get a manual included with the case,so was wondering where the sensors actually connect to as I'd like to make use of all the thigns on my PC?

I've got one of those cases as well. The little probe on the end of a couple of wires can be placed wherever you think is appropriate. Mine is dangling just above the back of the graphics card around the middle of the case to give me an average system temperature.
You could slide the plastic sheath back (if yours has it?) and tape the metal sensor strip to the middle of the HD case to get an idea of the running temp of the HD if you like. Assuming the sensor strip is what is on the end of the wires. If you only have a plug on the end then I guess you would connect direct to a sensor pinout on the MB. I only have one sensor so prefer the average box temp though. Remember it won't be 100% accurate, although when I first turn my system on, the temp readout does approximate the ambient room temperature for a few seconds till the case temp starts to rise. So mine is calibrated fairly well.
