If you are talking about the one from http://62.253.162.19/hiren.thanki/bootcd.html it is a large collection of utilities to use when you need specific information or when something is broken and there is a 'fix it' tool or similar.

You may need some of the utilities on the CD at some point but I doubt that anyone other than a repair tech would ever need most of them. You would need to know which one was needed for a certain task and how to use it but they are different programs by different authors and don't have a common interface so they all act differently.

A couple of the items there are already out of date and you'd need to update before using them.

Did you have a specific need that caused you to get the CD?

If it does not build some sort of menu then you will need to locate the various .exe files for the utilities and run whichever you need at the time.

If you can burn data to the CD, it might be worth making a start menu for yourself and saving it there.
