how to fix a damaged excel file

    Hi all, is there any utility to fix a damaged excel file?

    "can't open file "

    hv tried all from MS site, did't work!

    seems I hv to turn to commercial help.

    StarOffice is known to be able to open slightly corrupt Excel files.

    You can also try recovery software (demo version only does a partial recovery).
