    Hi,

I have XP Pro SP2. It have been working fine for quite some time. But recently, i found that i cannot delete my files with the delete key. Everytime i do that, an error pops up indicating that Windows Explorer have a problem and needs to close. I am asked to send error report or not (i sent a few thousand times to **** M$ off). I decided to right click on the folder to delete it, however, as i right click, the same error comes out again. However, this error do not occur if i delete or rename folders in the desktop.

please note that i am able to delete my folders and files after i installed SP2. It is only recently that such trouble surfaced. I am not sure but it seems like though i have this problem after i install Spysweeper 3.0 I tried disabling it at startup but the same error occurs. A system restore is initiated, and everything was fine until i installed Spysweeper 3.0 again. Anyone have this program and is facing the same Windows Explorer error? and anyone knows how to fix it?

Your help we be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

Try this, Open Spy Sweeper. Under "Options ", uncheck the option for placing Spy Sweeper 3.0 in the properties page.

Sending the reports is a good idea although it won't upset the Microsoft folks. I think they have automated tools handling those responses/reports.

They use the reported frequency of various problems to help decide which need to be dealt with soonest. Sending them when offered the chance is a good idea.
