I recently changed my OS from ME to Windows2000 (for the sole purpose of downloading DreamWeaver which isn’t compatible with ME.) Now I’m having problems with Outlook. Here’s what it happening:

First Windows suggested I run DETECT and REPAIR. This didn't work however.

The error message it gives me is:

"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. A required component is
missing: OMINT.DLL. Please install Microsoft Outlook
    again."

I even tried reinstalling Outlook and it gave me this error:

“Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified
    transform paths are verified.â€

    Please, what can I do?

    Have you tried the following?

    Complete uninstall Outlook
    Remove all Spy/AdWare
    Reboot
Make sure all Windows Updates are applied
    Install Outlook
