    Hi
    When trying to capture video in Premiere 6 I get the message
    'unable to connect to capture driver' I have reinstalled prem but I still get the message
    Can anyone help'

    Hello

    You suppose to install first DirectX7/8 and see
    if AP6 can recognize your capture card.You also
    suppose to pay a visit to the ccard site and look
    for update drivers;it's very important!
    I'd like to know a few details:
    -which OS is installed on your machine?
    -which capture/TV card have you got?
    -can you make direct captures with your capture card?

    My card ATI all in wonder 32meg
    Yes I can capture tv with the all in wonder card
