Norton Internet Security

Has anyone expericenced problems installing Norton Internet Security 2004 with Win ME? I'm trying to install Norton Internet Security 2004 but cannot successfully complete the process. When I reboot to finish the install, I get a the Norton setup screen but you can't click on next. I have the most recent version of ME and I have done a clean reboot and then reinstalled NIS. I also have AOL 9.0. Any ideas?

Have you tried doing a custom install (if it gives you that option) and narrowing down which component causes the problem? I'm not too familiar with Norton products but I assume that it has a firewall, anti-spam, anti-privacy, and of course virus protection. I've had trouble in the past with other programs that I had to do a custom install and only install the basics.

I also met this problem before. Norton was the special software for virus
if you computer have virus before. Maybe you can not installed it, So you need install another antivirus software and scan computer first, then use the norton.
