Using F11 for full screen closes IE

New today! Using XP Home. Up to now F11 has worked normally, putting IE into full screen mode, today it has started to close it. Searching turns up nothing, is this an unreported problem? Registry checks out OK and Firefox works as normal to full screen. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

XP Pro SP2....Works O.K. for me.

If that does not help, you might try a System Restore. Or Repair IE

Have you added some new soft/hardware just before the problem started?

 

Hi Jim,

Thanks for the forum link, it was AdWatch causing the closure. The odd thing was that it only started this morning, yesterday it was all normal. Have to depend on the IE pop-up stopper, and I'm still waiting for my SP2 CD.
