Most of that is a parisite called LOP, probaly was installed with some other program

Try this first: Go to Add/remove programs, find:
"Window Search" And uninstall it.
(you will be asked to insert code as shown on
your screen, do so and proceed!)
Reboot to complete!

If its not listed in addremove Run this uninstaller:
http://lop.com/new_uninstall.exe
And reboot.

Now to fix the left overs
Run Hijackthis and fix only these
