What is a good RSS Reader?

I've been tracking hurricane Frances the last couple of days on The NOAA homepage and I found this page about RSS feeds what I want is to be up to date without having to go through the webpage, but I have not used RSS before so I would like some suggestions which readers you use. I'm running XP Pro, Firefox browser, Outlook express 6 (which I,m considering trying Thunderbird). Thanks for any help

I use the free RSSReader (Yes...that is the programs actual name) => http://www.rssreader.com/

 

Sorry it took so long to get back I'm downloading RSS reader & .net right now I hope to try it all out later in the day.
