    Hello,
Installed SP2 and the programme that looks after my wine cellar - WineBase v4.1 is now saying that there is insufficient memory in the Win 16 Subsystem to run it. The programme has operated perfectly for years up until now. I have researched the problem and found a thread on here from 2002 that addresses the same issue, but did not, in the end, come up with a solution.
I have uninstalled the programme and reinstalled it, tried running it in its own memory space and so on with no luck.

Would anybody know what SP2 changed that would result in this problem? Any help would be very much appreciated.
    Thank you
    Rick

Many software companies are releasing versions of their software that is compatible with Windows XP SP. Looks like WineBase has a new version available.

Thanks for that Debugnt, it's a very recent arrival because I checked the site before I wrote my post in the first place in case someone else had a similar problem.
Thanks to you too Abraxas, I read the sites very carefully and was a bit leery about messing with my config and autexec files - not that I could see anything wrong with them anyway when I checked against what they were supposed to look like.
Anyway a new update and problem solved - I guess.
    Cheers
    Rick
