I did as you said, and I see it is set to Earthlink Total Access as it should be. Seems odd that I can do this with Internet Explorer, so I think the problem lies with the Total Access from Earthlink. I can uninstall Earthlink Total Access and re-install without the Total Access -- I really don't use their menu bar anyway. I just go into mail and on the web.

Thank you both for your time. I'll let you know the outcome if I decide to re-install without Total Access.

    Jeane,
it won't change anything. You can have two ways to access the same thing. Just make sure that your mail remain on the server.

Does total access look like the below? It reminds me of the old @home access. http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-6536_7-726584-3.html

Yes, Total Access is the grey toolbar at the very top of the screen. When I'm done on the net or with my mail, I can turn it off so it doesn't take up my desktop. I was just at a website that contained an e-mail address. When I clicked on the e-mail address, Earthlink did pop up. It's when I go to File, Send Page, or Send Link, that Earthlink does not respond.
