I am using Access 2002 SP3 and I have created a chart on a report page. The chart uses a query that I created and it is exactly what I want. I go to print it and everything prints but the data. I tried creating a plain chart without my data and it does the same thing. The x and y axis, the titles, and the chart box shows but no data. Any help? :(

Hi ctilee, Not quite sure of the problem here.
You create a report in Access, run it and the image on the screen is correct.
Have I understood that right ? Then you click the print button, and the full image as you see it on the monitor, does not print correctly.
Have I understood that right ?
    regards
PS Is the chart colored ? If so, do the data values that are missing have
a color that appears no-where else on the chart ?

Merlin - thanks for the reply

You have it correct. The color of the data values varies and is not the same as the other colors of the chart but, it is not only the data but the grid lines also do not show. The only thing I get is the border and the titles. My printer is the HP 6122. Do you think it could be my printer?

    Hi ctilee,
That is what I was considering. If the report shows up correctly on your
screen, but the printed output is wrong, then I reckon there are only two
    possibilities -
    - the printer (which I am not familiar with) needs an updated driver
    - the ink cartridge needs replacing
No doubt our friends here can add more help,
    regards
PS Try a different color for the chart data temporarily and
    re-print. Still no data ?

    Merlin,

Tried changing colors and I updated my driver - still no chart. Thought I would try it on another printer and it worked! I changed my print driver to something compatible to my printer and it finally printed. It must be my driver. I have the latest driver but...

Thanks for your help. You sent me in the right direction.
