ETrust Antivirus can't auto-update

I have my EZAntivirus set to get def updates every morning at 5 AM. This morning, I get this error message:

Anyone else get this? Does this mean their server's down?

 

Once it can't get the download it never does work. I tried all the stupid fixes in help and none worked. I reboot and everything will start working unless it is the server. Mine is set for 8AM and it did download without a problem.

 

I was able to get it a few hours later. Must've been a server problem.

 

When they first started having problems I used this link to check ftp://ftpez.ca.com/pub/myeTrust/autodownload/sigs/patches/
It is a two step process to manually download the patch but you can go up and get the full download. That one requires a reboot.

 

I tried that too and the server wouldn't load.

 

There you go the server was down. That hasn't happened in a long time. It seemed to be a daily occurence about a month ago.
