   I was wondering if, using a dual monitor setup, is there any way to have one monitor run stuff from one user account and the other monitor run stuff from another user account. I guess this would be running them independently.

   AFAIK you can only run one user account at any one time so the question of one account on each monitor really doesn't arise?
