Music won't play

Hello,

I have winamp on my pc for listening to music. I am so frustrated because a friend was listening to some music and asked me to listen along with him, he sent me the link but when I clicked on it I saw a pop up window that was supposed to give give me the choice to do something, I am not sure what was on it because it disappeared as soon as it came up.

Winamp gives you the option to paste the URL to the music you'd like to listen to, so I did that but it wouldn't connect...it kept saying "Can't make a connection ". Others were able to listen to it, but not me.

Can anybody help or does anyone have a suggestion as to why I might be having this problem to listen to the music on the link? The link is:

The station is Kool FM

Not any experience with winamp but the link you posted isn't working for me right now. Can't connect to the page.

Well, the link is the one I was given, still can't understand why it won't wirk though. I'm not going to bother with it. Thanks for the reply.

 

You might want to do a search on Google for Kool Fm, I tried it and got lots of hits from several countries.

Well, I finally got it to play. My Zone Alarm was not allowing a connection to be made, so I made sure it was allowed to connect to the site and that was it....
