I need some help. School is starting for me and I cannot open my Works.

I get this error message that says it cannot open because the LTKRN13N.dll is not found.

I didn't change or move it.

Also, I found it in another folder, and when I move it to the Works folder it says

"ordinal 309 cannot be found in the dynamic link library LTKRN13N.dll "

    the 308 might be 390 - I forgot.

If someone could help, it would be must appreciated

I run XP by thw way

your computer didn't get a clean bill of health yet in the other thread, so you can't be sure you're not still seeing problems from that.

I take it that the computer is OK, but you still have the dll problem. If a dll cannot be found, you usually need to copy the file to one of the Windows system folders. What would probably be easiest would be to reinstall Works. Still have problems, uninstall then reinstall Works back to the original folder. See how that goes.

    Go to:
    http://www.hausgeraete24.com/plugin/template/hg/140/93:
Here you will find the next dll's (you need all of them!)
    LTKRN13N.dll
    LTFIL13N.dll
    LTDIS13N.dll

    and download these to Windows/system32

After doing so you will see it works!!!!!!!!!!!
(I had the same problem and neither Microsoft or Dell could help me)

I saw the link is not working. Another way is to type LTKRN13N.dll in Google search bar and there you will find on page 3 (in my case) the link to Hausgeraete.
