Every time I turn on my PC I get a "Help and Support Center" window which always says "Cannot display the page. The page you are trying to view has an incorrect address and cannot be displayed. Please try another page." The rest of the window is blank apart from the button bar along the top of the window. It is the same window you get if you click on Start, Help & Support (except it's blank). It appears automatically. This has been happening since I upgraded to XP from Win ME. Can anyone please help me get rid of it?

    Many thanks

Thanks Brett but its not that. this window appears every time I turn on the PC regardless of what I'm doing, sometimes before I actually do anything. I don't have broadband either.
