    Hi All,
    Is there any guide or tutorials on how to work on registry editor, some disable enable command line ?....thanks in advance.. i hope some of you can give me a link...

    Not sure exactly what it is you're looking for but take a look at the following link. The 3rd item down is a freeware program called Windows Registry Guide that I've used. It's chocked full of information concerning the registry.
