OE Newsgroups Inoperable

    OE Newsgroups froze on July 11. Can't download new headers; current headers in inventory won't download either. Am running ME, which I have reinstalled to see if it would remove the problem. It didn't. Can access the Microsoft site, but when opening pages dealing with OE, I get a blank page with "Done" in the footer. Any ideas? Thanks.
