    I have Windows ME and when it boots up, I sometimes get the message "iphlpapi.dll file cannot start ". How does one go about fixing the problem. Thanks.

    I am also having several other problems which I will do separate posts for.

    No - I am not doing anything with broadband so this does not help me :(

    Are you up to date with all your critical windows updates?

    Have you tried an IE Repair? Go to..... "Start ", "Settings ", "Control Panel ", "Add/Remove Programs ", "MSIE 6.0 ", and clicked "Repair IE ". After the repair , reboot. See if that helps?
