Once upon a time, maybe back about 15 years ago, I used a program that ran resident on a PC named "NGText ". You could create personalized structured text files that contained information or reference data that could be invoked via a keystroke command, pretty much equating to a personal "help" system.

I am now in need of a similar application. I was unable to find anything on NGText via a search, so I guess it did not make it as a product. So, I was wondering if anyone is aware of a similar app. I realize that there are alternatives, such as using a word processor and invoking it, but I was looking for something a little spiffier, and quicker and easier to invoke...
