Computer Starts In Safe Mode

..hi ..since yesterday my computer has been on Safe Mode and i don't know how to make it right (yes, i have a Windows98)..on several occasion, last month, computer started in Safe Mode but after i rebooted, it straigtened out..but now, even if i reboot, it stays in Safe Mode..would appreciate help in rectifying this problem..thanks..

.thanks merlin..since i posted this thread i was without a working computer--it ******* up even more....someone came over today and fixed the problem
and now i'm able to use it, once more..thanks..
