    Charlesvar told me yesterday to make sure that Teatimer and sdhelper were nunning in processes in spy-bot.They are not.what now?

    If we're using another browser (i.e. Firefox), is there any point to having the sd helper and the IE tweaks checked?

    went to that page.mine does not look like your screenshot.page is blank,there is no little housein left hand corner.

    Are you running the latest version - 1.3?

    Sdhelper - yes, should provide protection for other browsrers?

    IE tweaks, I would lock the Hosts file,

    Hi pumpy,

    In the upper left hand corner next to "file" is mode. Click on that, then "advanced ", then follow Pete's directions. Tools will be in the left pane bottom, clicking that will get you to a "tools" page. Clicking on resident will get you to a page where you enable TeaTimer and SDHelper - Pete's image. This all depends of course on having v1.3

    Hi pumpy1...

    You cannot get software version through Spybot Updates. Go to => http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html and download Spybot 1.3.

    Make sure you uninstall your 1.2 version via "Add/Remove Programs" in Control Panel first before installing the newer 1.3 version.
