WinXP Language Problem!

    Recently I installed a windows xp hotfix that a friend of mine sent me. For some reason now all of my error messages, warning messages, and right-click menus appear in German. Everything else seems to work fine, how can I get these items to display in English again?!?

    Uninstall the Hotfix, if you can and/or use System Restore to a known good working date. Visit the MS page and get the Hotfix yourself.

    Just an update, I uninstalled the Hotfix, still german. :( so i uninstalled xp sp1, still german. :mad: so as a last resort i reinstalled IE... HEY ENGLISH! :D Go figure, sometimes windows is just wonky :rolleyes:

    anyway, i can't go to the billsoft website to get updates, hotfixes or service packs, and you can draw your own conclusions on that.
