My friend plays flower child bingo at bingo.com. She states that recently she hasn't been able to play. She keeps getting a message You must have Java applets enabled in your preferences. I've uninstalled Java VM and reinstalled it. I went into IE Tools\Folder Options\Security and made sure everything was set properly, I even did a system restore, but still the same message. Any ideas on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.

Try going to tools>internet options>general tab, click the settings button, then click the view objects button, in the window that opens find the file for flower child bingo, right click and remove the file, restart the computer. A new applet for the bingo should download the next time she goes to the bingo site.

This usually works for Yahoo games, I hope it helps with bingo.com.

I ended up reformatting and reinstalling the OS. Nothing I tried worked. She downloads so much junk it's a wonder the machine ran at all. Thanks for your help it's greatly appreciated.
