I needed to turn off the password at start up on computer, and here is what I did..Rite click Network Neighborhood--Properties--Configuration---Windows Logon (in Primary Network Logon box) Clicked NO for restart---Then---Settings--Control Panel---Passwords......And was supposed to click on the "Change Passwords" tab so I could set a "blank ", but there is no "change Passwords ", just a "User Profiles" tab...Help!

This is what you need to do.
Use Windows Explorer, and delete all PWL files in the windows folder.
Then reboot, when the login comes up, enter a user name, or your name may already be present. Leave the password blank, and press Enter or click on OK.
When done correctly, you will not see the login at next bootup.
