I noticed that some flash programs ( and web pages )will not open in 4.78. I can open them with Microsuck IE but dang I hate that program. I know I have the latest plug in because Netscape says I do :). I wanted to send my nephew a birthday card but I talked him into using Netscape so I dont think it will work. Long winded way of saying what happens is for a split second you can see the page open but then it is gone and just a blank white page is left. The website I am talking about is http://www.talkintoons.com/ I had a friend try to open it with Netscape and he can't either. I guess what I am asking is there just some pages that Netscape cannot handle or is there something I can do to configure Netscape to open these pages?

    Thanks
    erg

PS Good to see the board back up and running. Discovered I had to reregister before I could get in :)

    Good to see you back!

    Hi erg,

Your http://www.talkintoons.com/ site has proprietary MS/IE coding, and that's why it doesn't work for Netscape. Complain to the webmaster and maybe he will get with the W3C Standards!

Well at least I know it's not the way Netscape is configured. Just another Microsuck code loving flunkey :)
