xp user accounts

created 5 users - 2 of them are computer administrators which are fine.
the other three are limited accounts and when you click on the user name after the computer has started it won't load any of the limited accounts.
their picture and name are there but then that's it.
i have tried deleting and re entering but same happens

 

- Home or Pro version of XP?

- Stand along or on a network?

- If network, peer (workgroups) or domain?

 

Whilst Newt is waiting for more info. Try this unconventional approach. Temporarily give the users Admin rights by including them in the Admin group. Reboot and try logging them in. If this works. Delete them from the Admin group and reboot and try logging them in now as restricted users. What happens?
